Arooj Ahmad

I am a parent to four wonderful kids, the youngest being a current JMPNS student. 

I have lived in West Sacramento with my family since 2010. After undergrad at UC Davis I worked as a labor organizer with various unions around Sacramento and the Bay Area, however since 2012 I have been a full time parent to my kids. 

I am a big believer in community. I love working collaboratively with people and I believe in community care through social justice and action.
